Boost Fitness
                                                   We Bring Fitness to you
Boost's boot camps are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  Our boot camps are founded on quality, not quantity.  In other words, the effect of a workout should not be based on the amount of time devoted to exercising, but rather what the exercise does for your body after the workout is over.  The Boost Fitness way creates a prolonged afterburn, or EPOC (excess postexercise oxygen consumption).  This type of training causes the body to take longer to return to its state of rest, which allows it to continue burning extra calories at a higher rate long after the boot camp has completed.

Our boot camps combine cardiovascular exercises with a variety of functional training tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Trainers, weight sleds, and various other pieces of equipment.  Although clients ask this question all the time, there is really no way to describe our boot camps without inviting you to check it out.

Boot camps are held  in neighborhood parks.  If you would like a boot camp in your neighborhood, drop us a message and we will be in contact with you to set one up.  Current locations include:
  • Bellbrook
  • Mason

  • Cleveland
